What is the order processing time?

All orders are freshly prepared. Please allow 1–2 days for cooking & processing and then next day shipping

Where do you get your ingredients?

Ingredients are sourced Internationally and from local markets, vendors and stores here in Korea! Every meal is made fresh with the best ingredients possible

Delivery Method

Delivery is through Korea Post, allow 1-2 days for shipping.

Meals will be frozen to preserve the quality during transit.

Nationwide shipping is available (except to Jeju Island)

Shipping Address PSA

Writing your address in KOREAN is preferred; include your name, phone number and correct address please, to ensure a smooth delivery!

Delivery Time

After preparation, deliveries typically take 1-2 business day

Meals are shipped out during working days

Shipping is not allowed on red days.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours after placing an order.

Payment

Bank transfer only. Orders must be paid in full before preparation begins.
